- Manufacturing time: Approximately 10–12 business days after deposit is received.

- Manufacturing time: Approximately 15–20 business days after deposit is received.
- If fabric is not in stock, production may take up to 30 business days.
General Terms (Applicable to All Products)
- 1. Deposits are non-refundable.
- 2. Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- 3. Balance is due upon completion of installation.
- 4. A $100 service charge applies to NSF cheques.
- 5. Please note: In the event that an account is referred to a third-party collection agency, an additional fee of 45% of the outstanding balance, or a minimum of $450 plus applicable taxes may be applied by the agency.
